A UBS analyst, Steven Milunovich does not believe that they would be a 128GB variant of the iPhone 8 at all. Instead, he predicts that the storage options would be 64GB at about $800 or 2566GB for $1000.

According to a TrendForce Report, the Apple is trying to phase-out phones with low storage capacity for what they call ‘iPhone 8 generation’ phones with a storage capacity of between 64GB and 256GB. Gordon Gottsegen (CNET) affirms that the iPhone 8 is likely going to have a 256GB memory capacity. However, he warned that with the OLED display technology, the price of the phone would skyrocket.
