User Guide of iMyFone Cloud Backup
Dear User, welcome to the Cloud Backup user guide. In this tutorial, you will find two main sections: How to upload files to the Cloud and sync them across devices, and How to purchase additional Cloud storage capacity.
Part 1: Cloud Backup Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Upload Your Files or Data to the Cloud
Click the Upload Button at the top left or the Cloud Icon in the center of the screen to upload your files or data to Cloud Backup’s cloud storage.
In the Upload List under Task List, you can view all ongoing upload tasks along with their current upload speeds.
Step 2: Verify Uploaded Files and Data
After uploading files, you can view all your uploaded files under the Cloud Files section. If there are too many files, use the Search Bar at the top right to find files by entering their names.
You can also organize your uploaded files by creating new folders. Note: Folder names cannot contain invalid characters; otherwise, the creation will fail with an error message.
Step 3: Download Files & Sync Cloud Data to Other Devices
Congratulations! Your files and data are now permanently stored in iMyFone Cloud Backup’s cloud storage, eliminating any risk of loss or security issues.
To download these files on another device, simply install Cloud Backup, select the files you want to download, choose the destination folder, and access your files immediately.
Step 4: Free Up Space by Deleting Files
Please note that as you upload more files and data, your Cloud Storage may become insufficient for new backups. At this point, you can Delete Files you no longer need or Purchase additional Cloud Storage.
Click to delete files; deleted files can be restored from the recycle bin within 30 days.
Note: Files in the recycle bin still occupy cloud storage space, so please clear the recycle bin regularly.
Part 2: How to Purchase Additional Cloud Storage Space
You can click "Get more storage" at the bottom left corner of the program to purchase additional value-added services.
You can choose different value-added service packages according to your needs to purchase and obtain more available storage space.
