All the data was exported to my laptop with the data on my phone being wiped out after the transfer was completed. Don’t worry, this seems to be standard procedure. The quality of the videos is the same, nothing was lost in the process.

I had my phone in service and they had to reset it to factory settings which meant all my whatsapp data was lost since I didn’t back it up. Paid for the program, installed it on my PC and let it scan for files. Worked like it should.

I thought it didn’t work but as it turned out my USB cable was to blame. Then everything went smoothly - except for the videos, they took way longer than I estimated.

Hi everyone, I really want to know something: once i recover the deleted messages from whatsapp, then i can import again to whastapp chat? Or I'll just have access to the recovered files in a folder on my phone / computer? Thanks in advance for your help. BR, Mariana
