Fix Your iOS System to Normal
Recently, we released the “fix iOS system” feature for iMyFone D-Back. This has made it a whole lot easier for users to fix their iPhone, iPad and iPod touch from issues such as stuck at Apple logo, black screen, recovery mode loops, white screen and more without data loss.
It is important to note that when you use this feature, your iOS device will automatically update to the latest iOS version. If your device was jail broken, it would be updated to a non-jail broken version and if it was unclocked, it would once again be re-locked too.
Here are the steps that are to be followed.
Step 1: Choose Fix iOS System Option
In the main window of iMyFone D-Back, choose to fix the iOS system in the sidebar. Now, connect your device to the computer via USB cable. When the software detects your device, click “start” to continue the process.
Step 2: Download and Select the Firmware
In order to fix the malfunctioning OS, you will need to download the new firmware for your device. iMyFone D-Back will first recognize your device and then offer you the latest iOS version which you can download. Simply click on download.
It will take some time to download the firmware. Please wait a moment.
Step 3: Fix Your iOS System to Normal
When the firmware has been downloaded, the program will start to repair your OS by itself. The whole process will take a few minutes.
Then your device will restart and boot back to a normal mode. You can use it normally without facing the old hassles anymore.
- Please duplicate and install iMyFone D-Back in your Applications folder instead of double clicking the software after saving it on your Mac.
- iMyFone D-Back for Mac will only scan the file types you've chosen instead of all the file types to save your valuable time.
