User Guide of iMyFone Umate Free
The aim of iMyFone Umate Free is to provide iPhone users with the best free iPhone cleaner. Its operation is definitely easy and handy. The following steps show how it works.
Step 1. Connect Your iDevice to PC
Open iMyFone Umate Free on your computer; connect your iPhone to the computer.
Step 2. Scan and Analyze Your iDevice
The home interface of the iPhone space cleaner will be shown now. Click "Quick Scan" to begin a complete space-saving analysis to your iOS device.
Then, the free iPhone cleaner will start to scan your iOS device.
After scanning, the next interface will show the storage occupied by junk files and temporary files. The storage occupied by photos, large files and apps will also be listed. If you also want to perform these 3 items to release more space, please upgrade the program to the Pro version.
Step 3. Perform 1-Click Cleaning for Your iDevice
Part 1. Clean up Junk Files
Click "Clean" button beside the category of "Junk Files". The iOS cleaner will now list all the junk file types.
Note: Third-party apps' junk files clean-up is only available for iDevices running iOS 8.2 or under.
Click "Clean" button at the bottom right corner to start one click cleaning junk files.
After cleaning, the program will show how much space has been released.
The clean-up can also be finished in the Junk Files tab, which is the same as in the "Quick Scan".

Note: Please do not use your iOS device and keep the device connected with your PC during the whole process to ensure the program works properly.
Part 2. Erase Temporary Files
Click “Clean” button beside the category of "Temporary Files".
Then iMyFone Umate will begin to clean temporary files. And after the cleaning is finished, the program will show how much space have been released.
To clear up Temp Files, you can also go to the Temporary Files tab, which is the same as in the "Quick Scan".
