Step 1: Open Safari and enter appleid.apple.com.
Step 2: Click on Forgot ID or password, fill in your Apple ID and click next.

Step 1: Tap on settings and the ‘mail, contact, calendars’, ‘add account’, ‘iCloud’ buttons in that order.
Step 2: Proceed to tap on ‘Create a new Apple ID’ button at the bottom of the page.
Step 3: Enter your date of birth and tap on the ‘Next’ button on the right side of the page.
Step 4: Enter you first and last name and then your email address in the ‘Email’ input field.
Step 5: Proceed to create and verify a password and then tap ‘Next’ in the upper right corner.
Step 6: Provide answers to the three security questions and tap ‘Next.' Enter an optional rescue email for security reason.
Step 7: Complete the process by reviewing the new Apple ID Important Note and clicking ‘Agree’ in the bottom right corner.
