Part 1: 2 Ways to Reset iCloud without Password
If forget the iCloud password and want to reset your iCloud account without entering the password, here is the guide.
1 Delete iCloud Account from Setting
Step 2: When you are prompted to put a password, type in a random number in its place.
Step 3: Press ‘Done’ and iCloud will tell you that the password is incorrect.
Step 4: Tap on OK and then Cancel.
Step 5: You will be taken to the iCloud page again. Once more, press Account, erase the description and tap on ‘DONE.'
Step 6: It will take you back to the main iCloud page without the option of a password. The “find my iPhone” feature will be turned off. Scroll down and press delete.
2 Reset iCloud without Password using Third-party Tool

If you've forgotten your iCloud password, you can make use of Apple's "My Apple ID" service to recover it.
To do this, follow the simple steps below:
Step 2: Click on Forgot ID or password, fill in your Apple ID and click next.
You can use email authentication to confirm your identity to Apple as it is easier. Apple will then send an email to the backup account it has on record.
Step 3: Check your email accounts to see if the email has come.
Step 4: Once you've received the email with the message 'How to Reset Your Apple ID Password,' Click the Reset Now link in the email and follow the instructions.
Part 3: How to Create a New iCloud Account

Step 2: Proceed to tap on ‘Create a new Apple ID’ button at the bottom of the page.
Step 3: Enter your date of birth and tap on the ‘Next’ button on the right side of the page.
Step 4: Enter you first and last name and then your email address in the ‘Email’ input field.
Step 5: Proceed to create and verify a password and then tap ‘Next’ in the upper right corner.
Step 6: Provide answers to the three security questions and tap ‘Next.' Enter an optional rescue email for security reason.
Step 7: Complete the process by reviewing the new Apple ID Important Note and clicking ‘Agree’ in the bottom right corner.
