2. Is Nut Studio free?

Nut Studio offers a free version that allows you to install and use local AI models.

Some advanced features or models may be available via subscription in the future.

3. Is Nut Studio safe to use?

Yes. Nut Studio supports offline deployment, meaning you can interact with AI without an internet connection. All your data is stored locally, ensuring your privacy and data security.

4. How do I install a local model?

In the chat interface, click the top operation bar to open the model switch menu. Then click "More models" to access the full list. Select a model and click "Install" to begin installation.

We recommend choosing models marked with a green check icon for better compatibility and performance.

5. How do I uninstall a model?

In the model list, switch to the "My Model" tab. Find the model you want to remove and click the "Uninstall" button next to it.This will delete the model and its related cache data.

6. Can I install and switch between multiple models?

Yes. You can install multiple models and freely switch between them using the top operation bar.

Please wait until a model is fully loaded before starting a new chat to ensure a smooth experience.

7. How do I start chatting with AI?

In the main interface, type your question in the input box at the bottom, then press Enter or click the send button to start chatting with the AI.

8. How do I start a new chat?

Click the "New Chat" button in the left sidebar to start a new chat. This helps organize different topics more efficiently.

9. Where can I view or reset my conversation data?

Go to Settings > Data Settings. You can also choose to reset your data or open the storage folder.

10. Can I clear all model data?

Yes. In Data Settings, click the "Reset" button under model data to clear all installed models and related cache files.

11. Why is the model loading slow or failing?

This may be caused by large model size or insufficient system resources.

We recommend using models marked with a green check for optimal performance.

Make sure your computer has enough memory and disk space available.
