1. What's the difference between the full version and the free version?
The difference is that you can enjoy 3200+ AI voices and 46+ human Voice languages not limited by the 5k characters & 5 mins time plan, and more functions to explore. We highly recommend you upgrade your plan and enjoy all functions of VoxBox.
2. What kinds of opera systems are supported?
Windows (Windows7/8.1/10 (64 bit OS)/11)/OS X(OS X 10.10/10.11)/macOS(macOS 10.12/10.13/10.14/10.15/11/12/13)/iOS(iOS 13/14/15/16)/Android (Android 7/8/9/10/11/12/13).
3.Does VoxBox have hot theme voices? where I can find it?
Of course, VoxBox supported much hot theme voices like rappers, presidents, celebrities, YouTubers, singers, etc. You can type their name to find it.
4. What can I do if I want to change my email or forgot my account & password?
If you want to change the original email address, please sign up to become a membership first, and then we will help you convert your email address. If you have forgotten your password,please contact our support group by email at filme@imyfone.com and tell us your purchase ID. Our support group will reply and help you.
5. What audio input format and audio out format are supported on VoxBox?
For audio input and output format,VoxBox works with MP3,WAV,AAC format.
6. If I buy the Lifetime version, how many TTS characters do I get?
You will receive a total of 2,000,000 TTS characters with the Lifetime version. This is not per conversion, but the total number of characters available for TTS.
7. What happens if I use up all of my TTS characters?
You can purchase the value-added service from the inner software and select the plan that best fits your needs.
8. Can I purchase additional TTS characters?
Yes, additional TTS characters can be purchased if needed.
9. What languages are supported by the TTS feature?
Our TTS feature currently supports a wide range of languages, including English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, and more. Please check our website for the full list of supported languages.
