1. Why doesn't it show that I am a member even though I have purchased the product?

In general, you can use the membership benefits after you have purchased the product. In a few cases, it will take about 30 minutes for the membership benefits to sync to your account due to a certain delay in App store/Google Play debit notification.

You can contact our online customer service via Chatbot at the bottom right corner to solve this problem as a priority. You can also submit an online form to contact our support team to fix the issue.

2. How can I solve my WhatsApp problems with iMyTrans?

With iMyTrans, you can easily solve your WhatsApp problems like below:

3. What is the difference between the free trial version and the full version?

You can use the trial version to back up your WhatsApp data as well as to view the backup. The full version lets you transfer WhatsApp, restore it to a device, and export backups to a computer.

5. How long will it take to transfer, backup, restore, or export WhatsApp?

The time depends on how much WhatsApp data you need to transfer, backup, restore, or export. It can be several minutes to more than an hour.

6. Will the other data on my phone be affected?

No, the other data on your devices will not be influenced.

7. Can I restore WhatsApp without uninstalling and reinstalling it?

You don't need to uninstall and reinstall WhatsApp using iMyTrans, but the WhatsApp data on your device will be replaced with the data in the backup. If you want to merge the data in the backup with the data on your device, use iTransor .

8. How do I install the driver for my device?

Go to the official website of your phone's brand to download the correct driver and install it on your computer. Here we take Samsung as an example.
Step 1. Go to https://www.samsung.com/us/support/ .
Step 2. Select your product type and device name.
Step 3. Click PRODUCT INFO.

Step 4. Enter product details and click CONFIRM.

Step 5. You can see the Software option. Click Download to download the driver for your device.

Note: If you cannot find your driver, contact Samsung customer service. If you cannot find the driver for your device on the official website of your phone's brand, contact the support team.

9. How do I update the customized WhatsApp to the official WhatsApp?

Make sure that the data in the customized WhatsApp is what you want to keep.
To avoid data loss, you can back up the WhatsApp data on your Android device with iMyTrans first. Then follow the steps below to update the customized WhatsApp to the latest official version.
Step 1. Back up WhatsApp on the Android device to the phone's local storage. Open WhatsApp Settings > Chats > Chat Backup.

Step 2. If the backup process starts directly, confirm the last backup time when finished and move on to step 3.

If the backup interface shows up, make sure the status of "Back up to Google Drive" is "Never", then click BACK UP.

Step 3. Uninstall the customized WhatsApp from your device (Keep the local data when uninstalling). Download the official WhatsApp from Google Play. Before login the newly installed WhatsApp, make sure you have turned on the storage permission, otherwise, your local backup won't be recognized.

Step 4. Log into the WhatsApp, and restore the local backup you just created to the official WhatsApp (see the guide in the screenshot below). Now you have updated the customized WhatsApp to the latest official version.

10. How to enable USB debugging on Xiaomi/Redmi?

Step 1. Go to Settings app > All specs > Find MIUI version and tap it for 7 times > Go back to the Settings screen and find Additional settings.

Step 2. Make sure the "Developer options" is turned on > Scroll down and turn on the "USB debugging" and "Install via USB" options as well.

Step 1. Go to Settings app > Find About phone > Tap MIUI version/Android version for 7 times > Go back to the Settings screen and find Additional settings.

Step 2. Make sure the "Developer options" is turned on > Scroll down and turn on the "USB debugging" and "Install via USB" options as well.

Step 1. Go to Settings > About Phone > Tap on the Build number/MIUI version for 7 times to turn on the developer option.
Step 2. Go back to the Settings screen > Developer option, make sure the "Developer options" is turned on, then scroll down to enable the "USB debugging" and the "install via USB" buttons as well.

11. How do I change USB configuration to MTP or PTP?

Connect your device to the computer using the original USB cable. Tap the notification that appears on the drop-down menu and says something like "Connected as a..." or "USB Charge Only". Then you can see USB computer connection options and choose MTP or PTP from the list.
You can also open Settings app and search USB configuration or USB preference in the search bar to see the USB connection options.

12. Is it safe to let the program install the customized WhatsApp on my device?

We promise that the customized WhatsApp is totally safe.
